General Terms
- Before making any booking, the user is obliged to read and agree to the rules and restrictions.
- This is a flight reservation and not a confirmed ticket. By using our website, you explicitly acknowledge and comprehend the distinction between a flight reservation and a confirmed ticket. A flight reservation is the reservation of a seat in a particular airline for a specific time period, and you cannot travel on the flight reservation.
- If your visa got rejected for any reason, "Dummy-tickets.com" doesn't hold any responsibility.
- We do our best to deliver the ticket within said time but due to technical glitch, technical errors, machine error or any other reason it may get delayed some time. It is expressly stated that we bear no responsibility for any such delays.
- By using this site our website - Dummy-tickets.com you give us permission to contact you via WhatsApp, Email, Messaging, or any other form of communication for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Dummy-tickets.com has the right to deny you from providing any of the services for any reason and provide you the refund.
- It is flight reservation so it is workable everywhere wherever a flight reservation is asked. If you get deported for any reason, "Dummy-tickets.com" doesn't hold any responsibility. For being at the safer side you can opt for cancellable ticket for this you can contact us on WhatsApp.
- Each airline follows a unique format for flight ticket reservation, all of which are accepted. For reference, you can view our sample on our dummy ticket sample page.
- To facilitate communication with the airline regarding your booking, we must use our email address during the reservation process. Therefore, we are unable to use your personal email address for this purpose.
- Flight reservations do not include pricing, baggage allowances, seat assignments, or similar details. It is flight reservation so it meets the requirement wherever a “flight reservation” asked.
- We are not liable for any delays in processing your booking due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
- Airlines require at least one adult on a reservation that includes children or infants. If you mistakenly book a child or infant alone, refunds will not be issued. However, we may allow you to adjust the amount for future use.
- If the information in the message box differs from the details provided in the booking, we will prioritize the booking details and disregard the message box notes.
- You acknowledge that you are requesting a ticket only a few hours before your travel or appointment time. We will not provide tickets again if it expired before use.
- we cannot guarantee that the ticket will match your specific requirements, such as departure or arrival times, duration, direct flight options, specific airlines, or any specific city layover because there are more than thousand airlines, in which merely 100 airlines provide flight reservations. We will, however, make every effort to accommodate your requests if mentioned in the remarks section when placing your order.
- If you are booking for more than one passenger but require separate tickets for each, please specify this in the message box at the time of booking. You may also notify us via WhatsApp within 5 minutes of placing the order. After 5 minutes, we will be unable to make changes, and no refund will be provided as the ticket(s) will already be reserved.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We do not offer any refunds for any reason such as visa appointment rescheduling, changes in travel plans, or any other reason.
- We will process the refund if we fail to provide you with the specific services.
- Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.
- The refund process will take 10 to 15 working days. It can't be done immediately or within 2 to 3 days, there is some rule and procedures we have to follow before providing your refund.
- User may request for a full refund if user makes duplicate payment(s) for the Service because of technical issues with the site.
- Once you booked the order you can't cancel the order and Refund can't be initiate for this. If the order is not prepared yet, you can ask for future adjustment. We will surely do.
- If you’ve made any error while booking, you must notify us within 5 minutes of placing the order. If we are not informed within this time frame, we will not be liable for any changes. In such cases, the booking cannot be canceled or refunded.
- The validity of a dummy ticket is uncertain. Dummy-tickets.com is not responsible if the ticket expires unexpectedly. Please note that the validity of dummy tickets is not guaranteed and is subject to airline discretion.
- If the ticket expires within 2 to 4 days, we will issue a replacement ticket one time. However, if the replacement ticket expires again and remains unused, we are not obligated to provide another ticket or offer a refund or adjustment.
